PAC Total Solutions Sdn Bhd is the sales and implementation partner of TIA Technologies A/S of the TIA Solution within the Asia region. This is in line with TIA Technologies’ heavy expansion plan to Asia, having proven it is an international standard solution to customers worldwide.

TIA is an international standard modular, integrated core insurance solution providing its users with benefits throughout the value chain. Since the first insurance company went live on TIA in 1989, there have been a growing number of insurers who have trusted their entire business on the TIA Solution. From 1998 where the TIA Solution first was released as a real standard solution, TIA has emerged as the new global standard with 40 insurers across 18 countries and growing.

Through the TIA Release Strategy and the TIA Maintenance Service Right, PAC is ensuring the customers remain on a leading edge solution and continuously strives to provide a product and a service which will minimize each insurer’s total cost of ownership.

TIA’s modular structure provides full flexibility to choose which parts of TIA should be implemented or implemented first to realize required benefits. Every time a customer decides to further expand its use of TIA, not only will the new module’s benefits be harvested, however, TIA’s integrated structure will secure further benefits on the total solution level.
