With our warmest welcome to the PAC group corporate website. Since the birth of our company in 1998, PAC Total Solutions Sdn. Bhd. has grown through the challenging 10 years to become an established provider of insurance solutions domestically and globally. We started off by supplying the nation’s first electronic claims system that was fully endorsed by the central bank of Malaysia. Over the course of the Internet evolution, we have transformed our claims system from client based to the far more technically advanced web solution. From a mere claims transmission system where files are just pushed back and forth, it has now grown to a complete claims information portal strongly supported by Claims Tracker, the only available real time claims tracking that is accessible to the insurance company and insured through the web or SMS.

PAC is positioned as a premier provider of insurance solution with the introduction of the TIA insurance core system that is widely implemented worldwide. In partnership with TIA Technology A/S Denmark, PAC is the first sales and implementation partner for the Asian region. With this benefit, we have been aggressively promoting our solutions across borders and being able to offer a reputable and proven technology like TIA as the core function of an insurance operation. It is our ultimate direction without losing focus in what we do best, that is to provide effective and complete solutions to the insurance sector.
